Low Country Clays Shipping Policy Effective date: July 3 2025

Order Processing Time Low Country Clays processes orders Monday through Friday except United States federal holidays. Orders placed by 2:00 p.m. Eastern time are packed and leave our warehouse the same business day when all items are in stock. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. or on weekends are shipped on the next business day. Custom or made to order items are normally dispatched within three to five business days unless a longer lead time is stated on the product page.

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Customers may choose from Standard Ground, Expedited Two Day, and Express Next Day service at checkout. Transit times shown in the table below begin after we hand the package to the carrier. • Standard Ground. Three to seven business days depending on destination. • Expedited Two Day. Two business days to most continental United States addresses. • Express Next Day. One business day to most continental United States addresses. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, United States territories, or rural areas may require additional transit time beyond the estimates above.

Shipping Rates Real time rates are calculated during checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected service. We do not charge handling fees. Promotional free shipping applies only to qualifying orders shipped within the continental United States using Standard Ground service.

Hazardous or Restricted Materials Our bright powder filled sporting clays are classified as non hazardous by the United States Department of Transportation. We do not ship live ammunition, explosive materials, or any items that require HazMat labeling.

International Shipping We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, and New Zealand. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees. International transit times vary by country and service level. Customs clearance may cause additional delays that are beyond our control.

Address Accuracy Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. A redirect or reshipment fee may apply if an address correction is required after the order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the shipping label is created. Scan activity may take several hours to appear. You can also find the tracking link under Order History in your account dashboard.

Lost or Damaged Packages All shipments include limited carrier insurance. If your package arrives visibly damaged, refuse delivery and notify us immediately. For lost shipments or concealed damage, contact us within five calendar days of the carrier delivery scan. We will start an investigation, file the claim, and send a replacement or refund once the carrier confirms loss or damage.

Backorders and Preorders When an item is on backorder we ship the in stock portion immediately unless you request otherwise. Backordered items ship at no additional cost as soon as they become available. Preorder release dates are estimates and may change. You will receive an update if the date shifts materially.

Holiday Shipping Cutoffs During peak holiday periods carriers publish recommended ship by dates. We will post these dates on our homepage each season. Ordering early is the best way to ensure timely arrival.
